Q: WHAT’S MY ORDER STATUS?
A:If you have the website account, you can log in and view order status and track on the My Dashboard page under recent orders. If you check out as a guest, you can email us orders and we’d be happy to provide you an update.
Q:HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
A:Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. Please contact us immediately and we will help you the best we can. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy- return process.
Q: CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
A: Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To ship your order as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A:We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sell-able condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A:Please allow 2-4 days for us to process your returned merchandise after it has been received. We’ll refund the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. For international orders, we are unable to issue refunds for any customs, duties or additional fees that may apply to your order.

Shipping and Returns
Our Return Process is simple and hassle free. You can return your merchandise to our warehouse up to 90 days from your item's ship date.
Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
It can take up to 4 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund maytake up to two billing cycles to reflect on your account
Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. If items are returned after our 30 day return policy, we will not be able to accept your return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice. A refund will not be credited to your account.
Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned. If a customized item is returned, we will not be able to accept the return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCEPTANCE, SAFEKEEPING AND/ OR RETURN OF ANY ITEMS THAT YOU SHIP TO US IN ERROR (I.E., ITEMS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED ON OUR SITE) ("ERRONEOUS RETURN"). If we nevertheless receive and accept an Erroneous Return, we may require, in our sole discretion, that you pay a reasonable processing and shipping fee in order to cover the costs of shipping the Erroneous Return ("Return Fee") back to you. Once received, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you and hold the Erroneous Return for a reasonable period of time not to exceed 30 days. If we are unable to contact you or we do not receive payment of the Return Fee, if any, during that time, we may destroy the Erroneous Return or donate it to a charity of our choice.
